In celebration of its 25 years of success, MOL Pakistan invites fresh graduates to apply for its Local Trainee Program. This initiative aims to nurture young talent and provide practical industry experience in the field of oil and gas production.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, Finance/Accounting, or relevant disciplines from HEC-recognized institutions (minimum CGPA 3.0 or equivalent).
  • Graduation year: 2023 or 2024.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Open only to domicile holders of Karak, Kohat, and Hangu districts.

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will go through a written test followed by an interview.
