SBZ Tech sells digital software delivered with activation keys. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Nature of Our Products
Our products are downloadable desktop software activated with a license key. Because a key is issued instantly on purchase, digital goods are generally non-returnable once the key has been delivered and activated. We still want you to be satisfied, so we offer the protections below.
When You Can Request a Refund
- The Software fails to install or activate and we are unable to resolve the issue with you.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You purchased the wrong product and have not yet activated the license key.
Eligible refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- The license key has already been activated and the software is working as described.
- You changed your mind after activating the product.
- Issues caused by hardware, operating system or third-party software outside our control.
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through our Support page with your order details and a description of the problem. Our team will first try to help you get the software working. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original JazzCash or Easypaisa account.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
