SBZ Tech sells digital software products delivered as downloadable files with activation keys. Because our products are digital and immediately accessible upon delivery, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our business.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Our Products Are Digital

All SBZ Tech products — including Invoice Maker & Shop Management System, Beverages Shop Software, CV Maker Pro, and AurraOS School Management System — are digital software products. There is no physical item to return. Once an activation key is issued and the software is downloaded, the digital delivery is complete.

2. Our 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our software. If your purchased software has a technical defect that prevents it from functioning as described on the product page, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The software does not launch or crashes immediately on a supported Windows system.
  • A core feature described on the product page is missing or non-functional.
  • You have contacted our support team and the issue could not be resolved within 48 hours.
  • The request is made within 7 days of your original purchase date.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase (buyer’s remorse).
  • You purchased the wrong product — contact us and we may arrange a product credit or swap.
  • The software functions correctly but does not meet your personal preference.
  • Issues caused by your hardware, Windows version incompatibility, or third-party antivirus blocking the software.
  • Refund requested after the 7-day window has passed.
  • The activation key has been used, shared, or transferred to another person.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support first — Email support@shahbaznetcafe.com or WhatsApp us via the Contact page. Describe the technical issue in detail.
  2. Allow 48 hours for resolution — Our team will attempt to resolve the issue remotely. Most problems can be fixed quickly.
  3. Submit a refund request — If the issue cannot be resolved, email us with:
    • Your full name and email used during purchase
    • Order number or payment reference
    • Product name
    • Description of the issue
    • Screenshot or video of the problem (if possible)
  4. Refund processing — Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account).

6. Activation Key Not Received?

If you completed payment but did not receive your activation key within 24 hours:

  • Check your spam/junk email folder.
  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your payment proof.
  • We will resend your key within a few hours.
  • This situation does not automatically qualify as a refund — we will deliver your product first.
