These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of software products sold by SBZ Tech through shahbaznetcafe.com. By completing a purchase or activating any SBZ Tech product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

1. Products Covered

This Agreement applies to all software products sold by SBZ Tech, including but not limited to:

  • Invoice Maker & Shop Management System — Desktop billing and inventory software for Pakistani shops (Rs. 1,999)
  • Beverages Shop Software — Inventory and sales management system for beverage businesses (Rs. 2,499)
  • CV Maker Pro — Professional CV builder and resume creator (Rs. 2,999)
  • AurraOS School Management System — Complete school administration software

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment, SBZ Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the purchased software on one (1) device for your personal or business use in Pakistan. Your license is activated via a unique activation key delivered to your email after payment.

  • You may install the software on one device at a time.
  • You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or activation key to any third party.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any SBZ Tech software.
  • Business license upgrades (multi-device) are available — contact us for pricing.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SBZ Tech accepts the following payment methods:

  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • Bank Transfer (HBL / Meezan / UBL)
  • Credit / Debit Card (via secure payment gateway)

Prices are subject to change without notice. Once you complete a purchase, the agreed price is locked for that transaction.

4. Delivery of Software

SBZ Tech sells digital software only. There is no physical product or shipment. After successful payment confirmation:

  • Your activation key and download link will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours (usually within a few minutes during business hours).
  • Business hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
  • If you do not receive your key within 24 hours, please contact us at support@shahbaznetcafe.com before requesting a chargeback.

5. Updates & Support

  • Free updates for the version purchased are included for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • After 12 months, major version upgrades may be offered at a discounted rate.
  • Technical support is available via WhatsApp and email. Response time is within 1 business day.
  • Support covers installation assistance and software bugs. It does not cover issues caused by incompatible hardware or third-party software.

6. System Requirements

SBZ Tech software is designed for Windows-based desktop computers. Minimum requirements vary by product — please check the product page before purchase. SBZ Tech is not responsible for software not functioning on unsupported operating systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All SBZ Tech software, designs, logos, and documentation are the intellectual property of SBZ Tech. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of any SBZ Tech product or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Pakistani copyright law.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SBZ Tech software for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: tax fraud, data theft, unauthorized financial record manipulation, or any activity prohibited under the laws of Pakistan.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SBZ Tech software is provided “as is.” While we strive for high quality and reliability, SBZ Tech does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for data loss caused by software failure — we strongly recommend regular data backups.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SBZ Tech’s total liability for any claim arising from the use of our software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product involved. SBZ Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan. By purchasing from SBZ Tech, you consent to this jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

SBZ Tech reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
