Getting Started

How do I buy and receive my software?

Choose your product, place your order and pay via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Once your payment is confirmed, we send your download link and license key — usually within a short time.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

All our desktop products (Invoice Maker, Beverages Shop, CV Maker Pro) are one-time payments with a lifetime license. No monthly fees, ever.

Which devices do they run on?

Our desktop software runs on Windows PCs and laptops. AurraOS is online and works in any modern web browser.

Payments & Licensing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept JazzCash and Easypaisa (mobile wallet and bank transfer). After ordering, you’ll receive the payment details to complete your purchase.

Can I use my license on more than one computer?

Each license is intended for use on one computer. If you need to move it to a new device or need extra licenses, just contact us and we’ll help.

Do updates cost extra?

No. Existing customers receive product updates for their version free of charge.

Installation & Setup

How do I install the software?

Download the installer from the link we send you, run it, and follow the on-screen steps. Then enter your license key to activate. It only takes a few minutes.

I lost my download link or license key. What now?

No problem — contact us with your order details and we’ll resend your link and key.

Technical Help

The software won’t open or activate. What should I do?

Make sure you’re using the latest installer and your license key is entered exactly as provided. If it still doesn’t work, message us with a screenshot of the error and we’ll sort it out.
