These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of software and services provided by SBZ Tech through shahbaznetcafe.com. By placing an order or using our software, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

“SBZ Tech”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of shahbaznetcafe.com. “Software” means any desktop application or product we sell, including Invoice Maker, Beverages Shop Software and CV Maker Pro. “License Key” means the activation code delivered to you after purchase. “You” means the customer placing an order.

2. License Grant

When you purchase our Software, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to install and use the Software for a single business or individual, on the number of devices stated on the product page. The license does not transfer ownership of the Software — we retain all intellectual property rights.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept payment through JazzCash and Easypaisa. Orders are processed manually after payment is confirmed. Your order is considered complete only once payment has been verified on our side.

4. License Key Delivery

License keys and download links are delivered to the email address provided at checkout once payment is confirmed. Please ensure your contact details are accurate. If you do not receive your key within a reasonable time, contact us through our Support page.

5. Permitted Use & Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Software or your License Key.
• You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
• You may not share a single-user license across multiple unrelated businesses.
• You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license without refund.

6. Updates & Support

We provide updates and support as described on each product page. Where a product includes lifetime updates, this covers compatibility and maintenance updates for that product version line. Support is provided through the channels listed on our Support page.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Because our products are digital and delivered with an activation key, please review that policy carefully before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

All Software, branding, logos, written content and designs on this website are the property of SBZ Tech and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to our trademarks or brand assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBZ Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the Software. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using the Software and remove it from your devices.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its revision date.
